Pilates beginners sessions

 

Pilates with Nathalie classes runs on a  Friday at Bensham Grove Community Centre from 11:15 am -12:15am for ladies.

Improve your health and wellbeing by joining our FREE beginners Pilates taster sessions with local instructor Nathalie Harrison. Pilates has many benefits:
